Appointments shouldn’t create another system to manage.

When availability, customer updates and payments live in separate places, small handoffs turn into extra work. Bookingistic brings the core appointment flow onto the WordPress site you already run.

01 / THE CUSTOMER

“When can I book?”

Customers can browse your service and open times on your site instead of waiting for a reply or being sent to an unfamiliar booking page.

02 / THE TEAM

“Is that time actually free?”

Set working hours, time off, holidays and booking limits. Optional calendar sync can use external events to keep availability in context.

03 / THE FOLLOW-UP

“Did the details reach everyone?”

Send branded confirmations and reminders, manage cancellations or reschedules, and connect paid bookings with your WooCommerce checkout.

A booking workflow that stays close to your site.

Keep your brand in front, your rules in control, and your customer journey simple.

The complete booking toolkit

Flexible where your business needs it.

Start with services and availability. Add the form style, calendar connection, payment flow and follow-up that fit how you work.

Four booking form designs

Choose Classic, Modern Card, Split Hero or Minimal Inline. Pick a default or switch the template for an individual shortcode. Adjust accent color and corner radius; let your site theme shape the rest.

Design that fits your site

Service and staff rules

Define service duration, buffers, price or deposit, confirmation mode and slot interval. Set each staff member’s working hours, days off, holidays, daily limits and calendar connection.

Your schedule, your rules

Availability that respects real life

Set minimum notice, maximum booking window, daily limits and time-zone-aware slots. A row-locked booking guard helps prevent two customers taking the same opening at once.

Fewer scheduling surprises

Three calendar views

Let customers browse a month grid, a mobile-first 14-day date scroller, or a concise upcoming list with Today and Tomorrow labels.

Comfortable on every screen

Useful email automation

Send branded HTML confirmations, reminders, cancellation and reschedule notices. Use event-based rules and review the email send log.

Keep everyone informed

Payments through WooCommerce

Create a WooCommerce order for a paid booking and use the gateways already enabled in your store. Supports deposits, signed expiring payment links and a payment ledger.

Your store’s checkout

Google Calendar, your choice

Every site can include .ics email attachments and “Add to Google Calendar” links. Connect a staff member’s own OAuth client for optional two-way sync and free/busy checks.

Optional, per staff member

Elementor and shortcode

Add the Bookingistic Form widget with drag-and-drop controls, or place a shortcode on the page. Set service, template and calendar view without building a separate booking app.

Works with your page workflow

Cancel and reschedule links

Customers can manage a booking from signed, expiring links in their email—without needing to create an account on your site.

Less back-and-forth
One connected appointment

From first click to helpful follow-up.

Bookingistic links the parts of an appointment that usually need a manual handoff. You control the service and schedule; your customer chooses an available time; the configured confirmation, calendar and payment steps follow.

Customers book on your website

Place the booking form on a page and let people choose a service, date and open slot.

Your rules shape the available times

Duration, buffers, staff hours, time off, notice periods and capacity all influence availability.

The next step happens automatically

Booking emails, calendar details and—if configured—WooCommerce payment status stay connected to the booking.
